DESCRIPTION:
RoadChem™ 1100® is an anionic slow setting emulsifier for preparing highly stable asphalt emulsions. RoadChem™ 1100® is supplied as liquid that is easy to use and disperses well in water.

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES:
Appearance: White Viscous Liquid
Flash point: > 60C
Specific gravity: 0.9 g/ml
Storage: Store in a well ventilated cool dry place. Keep dry.
Storage life: 12 months minimum (if stored correctly).
Packaging: Supplied in steel 205 lt size drums, in 1 tonne totes, or in bulk.

APPLICATION:
RoadChem™ 1100® may be used in the production of slow setting asphalt emulsions.
RoadChem™ 1100® is a nonyl phenol derivative.

TYPICAL FORMULATION:
All formulations should be tested in the laboratory before use.
RoadChem™ 1100®: 0.6-1.2%
Sodium hydroxide: 0.0-0.2%
Water: 36.2%
Asphalt: 57%-65%
